Our Ice Bath
We have 3 custom built tubs with a spacious interior designed to comfortably enjoy your cold immersion experience.
Equipped with a UV filtration system, our Ice Bath circulates and sanitizes the water, ensuring it remains clean and free from harmful bacteria and microorganisms. This method employs UV light to eliminate bacteria and other pathogens in the water.

Our Sauna
We have ramped up our sauna to include traditional and infrared heaters for its remarkable ability to provide exceptional benefits, including reducing the risk of chronic health issues and facilitating weight loss.
One of the notable features of the traditional sauna is its capability to reach temperatures surpassing 190 degrees Fahrenheit, distinguishing it from infrared saunas, which typically maintain temperatures between 110-150 degrees.
The optimal range for sauna therapy is 175 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. At this temperature, the body undergoes significant physiological changes, resulting in increased heart rate, dilation of blood vessels, and heightened perspiration. These changes contribute to improved cardiovascular health, decreased inflammation, and an overall sense of relaxation and stress relief.
